Rise Up Transitional Resources is a Non-Profit Organization committed to partnering with communities and organizations to help  individuals on their recovery journey. This includes ongoing support services such as Employment, Education, Credit and Budgeting, Recovery and Spirituality meetings and additional resources. We also offer transitional living residency options.
